Business development coordinator

Terms of proposal:

  • Organization and optimization of sales in the field of tokenization and fundraising through the use of digital assets;
  • Attracting or creating regional companies as Lybrion Ambassador;
  • Search a potential client, negotiation, the conclusion of an agreement;
  • Improvement of customer service quality by ensuring customer support to the completion of all stages of the project;
  • Organization of low-risk financing of Lybrion expansion with support of scaling up and development of the services.

Competencies for Region Coordinator:

  • Experience in sales organization in medium and large business;
  • Skills in communication, team coordination in projects, tasks and initiatives;
  • Personnel management; project management; conflict management;
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information;
  • English upper-intermediate and a native speaker of the language of the Region, wellwritten literacy;
  • Availability of experience in the market in which expansion is carried out;
  • Skills in work planning and control;
  • Skills in preparing and conducting presentations.

Remuneration and funding scheme:

  • Receipt of interest from the amounts of retainer fee, paid by attracted clients upon provision of Lybrion services;
  • Receipt of interest from the amount of success fee received upon completion of the project;
  • Joining the organization (a legal entity of the Region) as a partner by receiving a share of the business.
Sales manager

  • Communicability, ability to establish contact;
  • Confidence, self-organization, stress tolerance;
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information;
  • The ability to choose the right strategies in working with clients;
  • Skills in preparing and conducting presentations.
